Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake

A simple and delicious twist on traditional pumpkin pie, this dump cake combines pumpkin puree, spices, and cake mix for a cozy fall dessert.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and 1 cup of cake mix in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining yellow cake mix and crushed graham crackers on top.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix and graham crackers.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
