Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water and cooking according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the Parmesan cheese gradually, allowing it to melt into the sauce.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat well.
