Turkey Spinach Quesadilla

A flavor-packed quesadilla filled with lean turkey, fresh spinach, and melty cheese, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup cooked, shredded turkey breast
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional seasonings: cumin, garlic powder, chili powder

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by shredding the turkey and chopping the spinach.
  2. Mix the turkey, spinach, cheese, and any optional seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding oil or butter if desired.
  4. Assemble the quesadilla by placing a tortilla in the skillet, adding the turkey mixture to half, and folding the tortilla.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
