Red White & Blue Mixed Berry Yum Yum

A delightful dessert layered with creamy filling, sweet berries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for summer celebrations.

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Form the crust: Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Make the creamy filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, beating until fluffy.
  4. Layer the goodness: Spread half of the filling over the crust, then layer with half of the strawberries and blueberries. Add the remaining filling and finish with the rest of the berries.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Slice into squares and serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or mint.

Notes

For a lighter version, use whipped topping instead of heavy cream. You can also customize with different fruits or nuts.
