Strawberry Protein Shake

A delicious and creamy strawberry protein shake that’s perfect for post-workout or a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash strawberries and remove stems. Slice banana.
  2. Add strawberries to the blender.
  3. Toss in the banana slices.
  4. Pour in the milk or almond milk.
  5. Add the protein powder.
  6. Sweeten to taste with honey if desired.
  7. Ice it up if you want it cold.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  10. Serve in your favorite glass with optional toppings.
