Star Spangled Cheesecake Dip

A creamy and sweet cheesecake dip, perfect for celebrations and gatherings, adorned with fresh fruits and vibrant sprinkles.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup red and blue sprinkles for decoration
  • Graham crackers or fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  4. Add the chopped strawberries and blueberries, folding them into the dip.
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and top with sprinkles.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter option, use Neufchâtel cheese or for a vegan alternative, substitute with dairy-free cream cheese.
