Keto Cream Cheese Cookies

Delicious keto-friendly cream cheese cookies that are low in carbs and packed with flavor, perfect for any occasion.

  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients (blanched almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt) in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the granulated sweetener and softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the cream mixture and whisk until combined.
  5. Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture, folding gently until fully incorporated.
  6. Scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
  8. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  9. Devour and enjoy your cookies with a cup of coffee!
