  • 6 fl oz/170 ml Milk of choice
  • 1.5 tbsp Rose Syrup
  • Pinch Ground Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp/30g Chia Seeds

  1. Combine the milk and rose syrup in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
  2. Add the pinch of ground cardamom and whisk until well mixed.
  3. Incorporate the chia seeds and stir to ensure no clumps remain.
  4. Transfer the mixture into jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve the pudding in bowls, adding extra milk if needed for consistency.

Notes
