Bang Bang Salmon

A delicious and easy Bang Bang Salmon recipe featuring a creamy, spicy sauce that enhances the rich flavor of the salmon.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon fillets skin-side down, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Whip up the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Glaze the salmon with half of the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired.
  8. Garnish with the remaining sauce and serve with optional toppings like green onions or sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with the sauce by adding lime juice or fresh herbs for a twist.
