American Flag Fruit Platter

A vibrant, eye-catching American Flag Fruit Platter that’s healthy and perfect for 4th of July celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Watermelon, seedless
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 Banana, sliced (or mini Marshmallows)
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing all the fruits thoroughly.
  2. Slice the watermelon in half lengthwise and create 1-inch thick slices from one half.
  3. Arrange the square-shaped watermelon pieces on one side of a large platter.
  4. Add the blueberries to fill the blue section of the flag.
  5. Create the red stripes using sliced strawberries layered on top.
  6. Fill in the white stripes with banana slices or mini marshmallows.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
  8. Stand back and admire your creation before serving!

Notes

Slice bananas just before serving to prevent browning. Customize fruits based on preferences or seasonal availability.
