Prosciutto and Honey Burrata Pizza

A delightful pizza featuring creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and a sweet drizzle of honey, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough (Store-bought or Homemade)
  • Olive Oil
  • Burrata Cheese (8 oz)
  • Prosciutto (4-6 slices)
  • Honey (to drizzle)
  • Fresh Arugula (1 cup)
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Brush a generous amount of olive oil over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter them across the dough.
  5. Lay the prosciutto slices over the burrata.
  6. Transfer the pizza to your preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Drizzle honey over the pizza after it comes out of the oven.
  8. Add the fresh arugula on top.
  9. Finish with balsamic glaze if using.
  10. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize with herbs or additional toppings such as roasted veggies or nuts.
