Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bread

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until combined.
  6. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Transfer the batter to your prepared loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a healthier option, use natural peanut butter and consider adding nuts or spices for extra flavor.
