  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sliced peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl, then add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the peaches and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
