Ultimate Peach & Basil Flatbread Pizza

A vibrant summer flatbread pizza topped with sweet peaches, fresh basil, and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread or Pita
  • Ripe Peaches, sliced
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brushing with olive oil if desired.
  3. Slice the peaches thinly; consider grilling them for extra flavor.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese on the flatbread, followed by artfully arranged peach slices.
  5. Add torn basil leaves over the top.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  7. Bake for about 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze after removing from the oven.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or a chilled glass of white wine. Add prosciutto for a savory twist or swap mozzarella for a vegan cheese option.
