Pumpkin Maple Bacon Dump Cake

A cozy fall dessert combining sweet pumpkin and maple flavors with a crispy bacon twist, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 package Cornbread Mix
  • 1 cup Candied Bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Mix the pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Prepare the cornbread mix in another bowl according to package instructions, then fold in melted butter until combined.
  4. Layer the pumpkin mixture in the baking dish, then spoon the cornbread mixture on top.
  5. Top with the chopped candied bacon.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until puffed and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes
