Pumpkin Harvest Fruit Dump Cake

A delightful autumn dessert combining pumpkin puree and mixed autumn fruits in a simple dump cake format, perfect for cozy family dinners.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 cups Mixed Autumn Fruit (apples, pears, cranberries)
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or a light brush of melted butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and mixed autumn fruits in a bowl, adding a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Layer the fruit mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly over the fruit layer without mixing.
  6. Add the chopped pecans on top of the cake mix layer.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter evenly across the top.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving warm.
