Pumpkin Orange Cranberry Dump Cake

A delightful and easy dessert that combines the cozy flavors of fall with pumpkin, orange marmalade, and tart cranberries.

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer the pumpkin puree evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Add the orange marmalade on top of the pumpkin puree and spread it out gently.
  5. Toss the cranberries over the orange layer.
  6. Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly over all the layers without mixing.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
