Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl and whisk until blended.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet with the skin side down.
  4. Brush the maple-Dijon mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flaky.

Notes

For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for the last few minutes of baking. Serve with fresh herbs for added flavor.
