  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk everything together until smooth.
  2. Season the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the Chops: Place the pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the chops soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat Your Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.
  5. Sear the Pork Chops: Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip and Finish Cooking: Turn the chops over and cook for another 4-6 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest the Pork Chops: Transfer the chops to a plate and cover loosely with foil. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top and serve.
