Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • Fresh Herbs (rosemary and thyme)

Instructions

  1. Prep the pork tenderloin by patting it dry and trimming off any excess fat.
  2. Season the pork liberally with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the tenderloin in a large oven-safe skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add minced garlic and fresh herbs to the skillet.
  5. Baste the pork with the remaining butter.
  6. Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and roast for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest the meat for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve the pork tenderloin with the garlic butter sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add sun-dried tomatoes or adjust the garlic amount based on preference.
