Pumpkin Mocha Dump Cake

A cozy blend of fall flavors with rich chocolate, this Pumpkin Mocha Dump Cake is an easy dessert that feels like a warm hug on a chilly day.

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the pumpkin puree and espresso in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the chocolate cake mix, folding it in gently until moistened.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix and chips.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be frozen for longer storage.
