Pumpkin Oreo Truffles

Delightful pumpkin Oreo truffles coated in orange chocolate for a perfect fall treat.

  • 18 Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup orange chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients
  2. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or a rolling pin in a ziplock bag.
  3. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree in a large bowl.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  5. Chill the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the orange chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Coat each truffle in the melted orange chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
  8. Add sprinkles or crushed nuts if using onto the wet chocolate.
  9. Let the truffles sit until the chocolate coating hardens.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
