8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil.
Make the Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, add flour to create a roux, then slowly whisk in milk. Stir until thick and add cheeses.
Combine: Fold in cooked macaroni until coated in sauce. Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
Get Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake until golden brown.
Add the Finishing Touches: Cool slightly and decorate with edible candy eyes.
