Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea

A comforting and creamy Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea, perfect for cozy evenings and warm moments.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 4 Cinnamon sticks (or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon)
  • 4 Vanilla beans, split and scraped (or 4 teaspoons vanilla extract)
  • 2 Star anises (optional)
  • 4 tsp Loose-leaf black tea or 4 black tea bags (optional)
  • Honey or other sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks (or ground cinnamon) to the pot.
  3. Infuse the tea by adding loose-leaf tea or tea bags; let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the milk and stir gently.
  5. Add the scraped vanilla beans (or extract) and stir.
  6. Add the optional star anise and let it infuse briefly.
  7. Sweeten your tea with honey or preferred sweetener.
  8. Serve hot in your favorite mugs.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different milk alternatives or sweeteners. For an extra kick, swap black tea for chai or add spices like nutmeg.
