  • 4 ripe Peaches, sliced
  • 2 ripe Nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash all your fruits thoroughly and slice peaches and nectarines.
  2. Pit the cherries: Use a cherry pitter or slice them in half to remove the pit.
  3. Toss in the berries: Slice strawberries and add blueberries and raspberries whole.
  4. Combine the fruits: In a large bowl, gently toss together the peaches, nectarines, cherries, and berries.
  5. Make the dressing: Whisk lemon juice, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle and toss: Pour the dressing over the salad and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  7. Add thyme: Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top just before serving and gently toss.

Notes

For a tropical twist, add diced pineapple or mango. Feel free to experiment with other fruits and herbs for customized flavor.
