Heavenly Homemade Raspberry Crumb Bars

A delightful blend of buttery crumb and fresh raspberries, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grab a 9×13 inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine your flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Pour in your melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Set aside about one cup of the crumb mixture for the topping.
  6. Press the remaining crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  7. Gently scatter the fresh raspberries on top of your crust.
  8. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture evenly over the raspberries.
  9. Pop your dish into the preheated oven and bake for about 25–30 minutes.
  10. Remove it from the oven and let it cool for at least 15–20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an elevated treat!
