Pumpkin Butterfinger Dump Cake

A delightful and easy dump cake that combines pumpkin puree, yellow cake mix, and crunchy Butterfinger bits for a nostalgic fall dessert.

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Butterfinger pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it lightly with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and about 1 cup of caramel sauce in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the pumpkin layer without stirring.
  6. Add the Butterfinger pieces over the top of the cake mix.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the Butterfinger and cake mix layers.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Top with additional caramel sauce, whipped cream, or ice cream for an extra delicious treat.
