Pumpkin Cherry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with pumpkin and cherry for the ultimate fall treat.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Puree (1 can or about 15 oz)
  • Cherry Pie Filling (1 can or about 21 oz)
  • Vanilla Cake Mix (1 box, typically about 15.25 oz)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Butter (1 cup or 2 sticks, melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or grease with butter.
  3. Layer the pumpkin puree evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add the cherry pie filling on top of the pumpkin layer.
  5. Sprinkle the cake mix over the cherry layer evenly.
  6. Drizzle the cream cheese on top by dolloping it across the surface.
  7. Pour the melted butter over the cake mix to cover as much as possible.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving warm.
