Pumpkin Vanilla Bean Dump Cake

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining spiced pumpkin filling with a sweet, buttery crust. Perfect for cozy fall gatherings!

  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin purée
  • 12 tablespoons vanilla bean paste
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin purée with vanilla bean paste in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer the pumpkin mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the white cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Add crushed vanilla wafers on top of the cake mix.
  7. Melt the butter and drizzle it generously over the top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. For added indulgence, drizzle caramel sauce on top.
