Ultimate Chocolate Chia Pudding

A creamy and indulgent chocolate chia pudding that doubles as a healthy dessert or breakfast.

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • Coconut whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl, stirring until no clumps remain.
  2. Add cocoa powder and maple syrup, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whisk thoroughly to break up cocoa clumps and ensure everything is combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the fridge and stir before serving, adding more almond milk if desired.
  6. Layer the pudding in a glass with banana slices and peanut butter.
  7. Top with coconut whipped cream if desired.
