A deliciously creamy fruit salad, perfect for any occasion, combining various fresh fruits with Greek yogurt for a refreshing treat.

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing fruits thoroughly and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the chopped apples, blueberries, halved grapes, strawberries, and pineapple in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice over the mixed fruits and stir.
  4. Introducing the Greek yogurt into the bowl and mix until all fruits are coated.
  5. The sweet twist: fold in marshmallows if using, or substitute with nuts.
  6. Taste test and adjust flavors as needed.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
