Chicken Cool Wraps

A refreshing and flavorful blend of grilled chicken, fresh lettuce, and creamy avocado dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • Grilled Chicken
  • Green Leaf Lettuce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Avocado Lime Dressing
  • Soft Tortilla

Instructions

  1. Heat up your grill over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional spices. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  2. Wash and dry the green leaf lettuce, then tear off a few large leaves for wrapping.
  3. Mash one ripe avocado in a bowl, and mix in the juice of one lime, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
  4. Layer grilled chicken slices, avocado dressing, shredded cheese, and lettuce on each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Cut the wraps in half diagonally to serve.
