Savory Chicken Caesar Wraps

A delightful twist on classic Chicken Caesar wraps filled with savory chicken, crunchy lettuce, and creamy dressing—all wrapped in a tortilla.

  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by shredding it if it’s leftover, or poach it for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Mix in a large bowl the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat and adding the chicken mixture and grated Parmesan.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
  6. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve.

Notes

These wraps can be customized with various ingredients and are great served with sweet potato fries or a salad. Try variations with buffalo sauce or kalamata olives for a twist.
