Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

A crunchy and flavorful alternative to traditional chips, these air-fried zucchini slices are the perfect healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Zucchini
  • 1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Zucchini: Wash and slice zucchini into 1/4 inch rounds.
  2. Set Up Your Breading Station: Whisk egg in one bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cheese in another.
  3. Coat Those Chips: Dip zucchini in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat and Air Fry: Heat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) and arrange zucchini in a single layer.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let chips cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

For extra seasoning, add cayenne pepper or fresh herbs to the breading mixture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
