Mango Lassi

A creamy and refreshing mango lassi that perfectly balances the sweetness of ripe mangoes and the tanginess of yogurt.

  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything on the countertop.
  2. Blend the mango and yogurt together until smooth.
  3. Add milk and sugar to the mixture, blending until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Spice it up with cinnamon and cardamom, blending briefly again.
  5. Serve the lassi in chilled glasses and enjoy!
