Halloween Monster Burgers

Spooky and fun burgers perfect for Halloween or any festive gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or Turkey)
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 Cheese Slices (preferably Provolone or Cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup Olives (black and green)
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • Ketchup
  • 1 Lettuce (try Romaine or Butter lettuce)
  • Mustard (Yellow or Spicy)
  • Fun Toppings: Pickles, Ghost-pepper Sauce, or BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix your meat: In a mixing bowl, combine your ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you love.
  2. Shape those patties: Form the mixture into burger patties, making a small indentation in the center.
  3. Sizzle on the stove: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the cheese: In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cover with a lid.
  5. Get toasty: Slice your burger buns in half and toast them for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Create your monster face: Start with the bottom bun, add lettuce, cheeseburger, and two olives on top as eyes.
  7. Add other toppings: Top with tomato slices, ketchup, mustard, and any additional toppings you fancy.
  8. Cap it off: Finish with the top bun and serve.

Notes

Feel free to mix things up with vegan or spicy burger variations.
