  • 1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya), flesh removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup tropical fruit mix (pineapple, mango, etc.)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Toppings: granola, sliced fruits, chia seeds, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dragon Fruit: Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Slice the Banana: Peel and slice the banana.
  3. Combine the Ingredients in a Blender: Toss the dragon fruit flesh, banana slices, and tropical fruit mix into your blender. Pour in the almond milk.
  4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until creamy.
  5. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired.
