Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets (6-8 ounces each, 1 to 1.5 inches thick)
  • Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
  • Brown Sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional, to taste)
  • Fresh Lemon Wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  3. Mix the glaze by combining butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Prep the salmon fillets by patting them dry and placing them skin-side down in the baking dish.
