Matcha Overnight Oats

A delicious blend of matcha, creamy yogurt, and hearty oats that make breakfast exciting and nutritious.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats and chia seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Add matcha powder and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour in yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Drizzle in maple syrup and mix well until combined.
  5. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Stir the mixture the next morning and adjust the consistency with milk if needed.
  7. Spoon the oats into bowls or jars and top with fruits or nuts.
