Easy 3-Ingredient Mango Mousse

A light and fluffy mango mousse that requires only three ingredients, perfect for summer desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe fresh mangoes
  • 1 13-oz can (1 ½ cups) full-fat coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Garnishes: fresh fruit, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mangoes by slicing them down the sides of the pit and scooping out the flesh.
  2. Blend the mango flesh, coconut cream, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
  3. Taste and add maple syrup if needed for sweetness, then blend again.
  4. Chill the mixture in serving bowls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve the mousse topped with fresh mango cubes, mint, or toasted coconut.

Notes

This dessert can be made in advance and lasts a couple of days in the fridge. Feel free to experiment with other fruits or flavors!
