Easy Coffee Truffles

Indulge in these delightful Coffee Truffles made with rich chocolate and bold coffee flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Bittersweet Chocolate (8 oz)
  • Heavy Cream (½ cup)
  • Instant Coffee Granules (2 tablespoons)
  • Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Shavings (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Heat the heavy cream until just about to simmer.
  3. Mix in the instant coffee granules until dissolved.
  4. Combine the hot coffee-infused cream with the chopped chocolate.
  5. Stir until smooth and chill in the fridge for at least 120 minutes.
  6. Form small balls from the chocolate mixture.
  7. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
  8. Store in the fridge until serving.
