Homemade Grape Fruit Roll-Ups

Delightful homemade grape fruit roll-ups that are easy to make and bursting with the flavor of Concord grapes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Concord grapes
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°F (or the lowest setting available).
  2. Rinse the Concord grapes under cold running water and remove the stems.
  3. Add the grapes to a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they begin to burst.
  4. Remove from heat and puree the mixture until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother finish, if desired.
  6. Stir in the honey and lemon juice into the warm grape puree.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the grape puree evenly across the sheet.
  8. Bake for about 4-6 hours until not sticky to the touch.
  9. Cool completely and cut into strips or shapes.
  10. Store the roll-ups in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes
