Healthy Cookies No Sugar No Flour

Delightful and guilt-free healthy cookies that are sugar-free and flour-free, made with wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the banana in another bowl, then stir in nut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the banana-nut butter mixture into the oats bowl and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Scoop dollops of mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them as desired.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly golden.
  8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be customized with different nut butters, seeds, or spices. They freeze well in an airtight container.
