A delightful and creamy blend of white chocolate and sweet candy corn, perfect for the fall season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups candy corn
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Start by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla and Salt: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Toss in the Candy Corn: Gently fold in the candy corn until well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the Mixture to the Baking Dish: Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared baking dish, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill Until Set: Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  7. Cut and Serve: Once set, lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
