  • 2 cups grapes (red or green, or a mix)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grapes by rinsing them under cold water and drying them gently. Cut them in half if desired.
  2. Make the cream cheese dressing by mixing softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the whipped topping and gently fold it into the mixture until well combined.
  4. Mix in the halved grapes and chopped pecans until all grapes are coated.
  5. Sweeten the salad by adding brown sugar and folding it in until evenly distributed.
  6. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to meld the flavors.
  7. Serve in chilled bowls and top with additional pecans if desired.

Notes

This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It pairs well with roasted meats or can be served as a dessert.
