  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruits by gathering and washing them. Dice the strawberries, mango, kiwis, and pineapple until they are about the same size.
  2. Mix the diced fruits in a mixing bowl. Add lime juice and honey, mixing gently.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Brush melted butter over both sides of each tortilla and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  6. Cut each tortilla into wedges like a pizza.
  7. Arrange the tortilla pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve the fruit salsa in a vibrant bowl alongside warm cinnamon sugar chips.

Notes
