  • 1 pkg (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3 cups strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cookie dough by slicing it into rounds or breaking it apart.
  3. Spread the cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Cool the crust completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Make the cream cheese layer by beating the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  8. Arrange strawberries in rows for the stripes, and place blueberries in the top left corner for the stars.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Slice into wedges or squares and serve.
