Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by peeling the banana and adding it to the blender along with rinsed fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries.
  2. Add the yogurt to the blender for creaminess.
  3. Pour in the milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Blend everything at low speed, then increase to high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  5. Check the consistency; add more milk if too thick or more yogurt/berries if too thin.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
