Deliciously Cheesy Keto Crunchwraps

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Chopped Tomato
  • Cilantro for garnishing
  • 1 Jalapeño, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Low-Carb Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef by heating a skillet over medium heat, adding olive oil, and cooking until nicely browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare the creamy filling by mixing cream cheese and heavy whipping cream and microwaving for 30 seconds to soften.
  4. Assemble the crunchwrap by layering cream cheese mixture, beef, cheddar cheese, tomato, sour cream, and shredded lettuce on a tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla edges towards the center to create a pocket.
  6. Cook the crunchwrap seam side down in the skillet with melted butter for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice and serve with salsa or guacamole.
