Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by washing them under cool running water and patting them dry. Slice them in half or quarters.
  2. Make the cream mixture by beating the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine the cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble your Fresas con Crema in serving bowls by layering strawberries and the cream mixture.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving.

Notes
